Is this where I am supposed to go to report website problems? Should I be reporting problems another way than just posting here on the Forum under Customer Care?

@Love my grandkids @Tried this again, just now. I still want to know if I should avoid reporting in Customer Care. Maybe that is not a moderator's job and I am bothering them. I don't want to bother them.

You could try the executive suite if you can figure out how to get there.

Hello @Mindy D we do not have any known website issues at the moment. Can you tell us what you are experiencing? Did you restart your computer and clear your cookies?

@Alice-QVC @I have emailed the Social Team. The link here on the Forum side bar to "Standards" is broken.* Every time I get an email telling me that someone has answered a product question on qvc.com and that I can see the answer, the link to the answer is broken. There have been previous reports of that issue here by me and by others. The broken links are not fixed. One time, I did get a response from a moderator about one of the broken links. The moderator said that she had notified the corrrect person. Even that link is still broken. My OS or cookies are not the problem. I am on OS 14.8 on an iPad Pro using Safari browser. Ther people have the same issues on many other browsers, operating systems and devices. There are many other similar posts here about the same issues. You can see them in the Search Forums & Blogs.

It would seem one of the easier fixes.
Either fix the link or fix the wording on the out-of-service page.

@GingerPeach You would think that would be true. I get the feeling that. They do not try fixing the problems.

Maybe if I ask here, one of the gracious members can answer this question.
Is there such a thing as a PM (personal message) feature that one can use to contact either another fellow poster/friend or is that not available on this particular QVC site
I did contact QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com but no reply..does that email even work anymore for you guys?

No, there is no personal message feature on this forum.
As for the social team, I imagine they are overwhelmed and understaffed like everyone else right now.
