@Ane1Care   it is definatley an oversight. Call them, or email social team. They will refund.  It is assuredly a defect.  25 inches is a far cry from 28.  That is a huge difference to many people. Like me!   I often order crop pants, fo full length pants. Many here on the boards do as well good luck.  I am confident  QVC will correct this

When I talk to CS for refunds I always tell them it's defective and that I marked it on the return form.  I'm refunded the $3.50 also.  If I'm charged shipping I call and tell them it was defective and they refund the $ 6.95.
