I wanted to know if there is an email address for Customer Care. Is there a generic address? I'm disappointed in how one of my messages was handled and wanted to get some more information via email.

I've sent several emails to that address since last August, but they do not respond.

I had a problem recently. I contacted them via the qvcsocialteam email address, and they took care of it very quickly. They were great.
