Does someone know? Is their order also stuck there? I have read that other customers are also experiencing delays. Thank you for any help.

Not a QVC shipment, but once I tried to ship some lemons via USPS from us in Fort Myers FL to our daughter in Vestal NY. Here is a list of its travels. No human looks at addresses anymore and if the machines have trouble reading bar codes, this is what can happen. It came back to us and we then reshipped it successfully.

@newjersey Ontario California..... A request was issued to release the order. You should receive your shipment shortly. We appreicate your patience and I'm so sorry for the delay.

@Wayne-QVC , I know that, but why did YOU have to authorize the order for shipment? Why wasn't it sent to me from the get go? Know what I mean?

@newjersey I'm sorry for any confusion, but I did not personally issue the request. You contacted our customer service department and that specific department issued the request to review and release your order for shipment.

This is really something. According to this your lemons went the entire way to Pennsylvania twice, then back to Florida twice on its way to New York!
