I ordered a Vitamix on 11/6 and got an email two days later saying it was backordered. I still haven’t gotten any updates.

Then on 11/16 I ordered a Dyson stick vacuum and they shipped me the wrong one. I sent it back and now they’re taking forever to ship the replacement.

What is wrong at QVC? Is it always this horrible?

This has been my experience with Q for a loooong time. It's always worse Nov-Feb with holidays and returns. It's why I buy very little anymore.

I think it's just bad luck with the items you ordered, I'm sure they were popular items that sold well.

 

On the other hand, I was realizing this AM how fast shipping has been right now.

 

I'm talking; order 1 day, ships 2 day later, 2 days after that it's in my hand!

 

I love that!

 

P.S. You can check your order detail to see if there's a new delivery date for those 2 items.

@Lizzzzzzbeth.  The type of items you ordered are shipped by the vendor, not QVC.  Of course both of these companies are undoubtedly frantically busy right now.  Everything is running slower than usual. You should receive notifications when your items ship. I would call Dyson, which has excellent CS,  to see if they can speed up your reshipment.
