I have sent the Social Team 2 messages about an order from my husband's account and have not yet received an answer.
Also sent a message to them about one of my orders and have not received an answer.
Is there something going on with the Social Team?

I think they are short staffed and spread very thin with lots of duties.
I wonder if they would answer questions about someone else's account, even if related.

There doesn't seem to be anyone on duty today. I've seen stuff that would ordinarily be gone.

If you have Facebook send them a message on there. I find they respond quickly.😊

Yes, they do answer the questions about my husband because I usually just add his name at the end and not mine. He has an accout but it's through mine. He doesn't have very good computer skills so if he tried he would probably mess it up. Most of the things he orders are gifts for me and then he calls them. I use his account most of the time. I like to keep things separate when it comes to credit card stuff.

I think there is something going on here. Since yesterday I keep getting a message while checking my orders that Order Status is currently unavailable. I e-mailed customer service a few hours ago about something. Ususally someone replies really quick but not today. I wonder what's up?
