Why is it so hard to put a printed invoice in the packages before they're shipped out?    I don't think this is too much to ask.   I have no invoice for 3 items I ordered - no invoice inside the package or taped outside of the package.  I don't get it.

No invoice is happening with other companies as well. This week I did not get an invoice from Neiman Marcus, Bananna Republic, and Target.

 

Edited to add: I think this is because we have access to those online under our account purchases history.

The warehouse group could be filling orders using digital devices. Paper invoices may not exist.

@On It    I do get printed invoices for most things.  This one order included 3 items.  So I would say paper invoices do exist. 

 

Most companies, especially larger companies with an IT department have computer rooms in which they have all kinds of printers.

@KatieB I shop primarily online, for most everything, including many grocery items. It's more common to not receive an invoice than to receive one. Even Amazon rarely gives invoices. It's very easy to print one yourself or contact Customer Service and they will send one. I know it is frustrating for some but these are changing times, I personally do not see companies changing policies for a select few without a printer or wanting a hard copy of the receipt. 
How do I print a return label?

Go to Order Status and view the order for the item you'd like to return or exchange. Then, click on the Start a Return link located under the order details.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return form and print the label, then follow the instructions for returning the item.

  • Credit will be applied back to your original payment method immediately upon processing. (For credit cards, it may take 1-2 billing cycles.)
  • If you request a replacement or an exchange, you are authorizing QVC to charge any additional merchandise and shipping cost (if applicable) to your original payment method. Payment methods other than credit card may result in a refund.
  • If you are returning an item because of a defect or QVC error, the original S&H will be refunded, and there is no fee for the Q Return Label.

I never get an invoice with anything shipped from the Ontario, Ca. warehouse.  I do usually get one if it comes from any other location.  Most of my orders come from California.

I just had a thought about invoices. I always get one. Just maybe because I still prefer to get a paper bill instead of electronically? Just got a package yesterday with invoice.

I have yet to get a package with no invoice and I order quite a bit.  I think it's because I focus on clearance and Lunchtime Specials and those items are still under the old system.  I have new Elemis and First Aid Beauty coming this week, it will be interesting to see what they do or don't include. I'd never send that stuff back, anyway, they are my holy grails.
