I hope someone from Customer Service reads this:

I was able to order a SGraver top that quickly sold out. I waited for my delivery and when I got it, and opened it, it was someone else's order inside. (It was addressed to me but the item and receipt inside were for someone else).

I immediately contacted QVC in hopes of getting the SG top but of course, no longer available. And QVC can't research where my order went. So I got a refund.

And I also have someone else's order that I am now responsible to return.

But insult on injury, I just now got charged $6.95 for some reason!

So again, I pick up the phone, wait until I get someone and tell them this situation to get $6.95 refunded.

All of this just because QVC order fulfillment team didn't do quality check and send me my original order.

QVC Mgmt: Please review all your order fulfillment quality checks!

@JanisH   Sorry this happened but if you contact the social team via email, they will help you.  You will not be charged the return fee, it was not your fault.

@JanisH Unfortunatelty errors happen.  Sorry the mistake happened to you.  It sounds like qvc did what they could to refund your money, so I would just move on and not get annoyed. Errors happen when thousands of orders are processed.  That doesn't fix your problem but it is a statically reality.  I have shopped with qvc over 25+ years and find errors are infrequent.

I usually go to the Live Chat when I have issues that need some attention.  I have found them to be more than helpful and the situation is resolved right there on the spot.  I know companies have issues but it's not right for you to have to spend the $6.95 for their error!  I am sure, though, that the Live Chat will be very helpful..

@Jk9Read the OP again.  She was charged an additional $6.95 by mistake.  So she can't "move on" until she gets her money back.

@shoesnbags The OP said she called and waited to get someone to get money refunded.  Paragraph 5.  Sounds like she got the money refunded.

As. @Jk9. Said, she got her $6.95 refunded.  At this point theres nothing else that can be done since her item is sold out.

I've had this happen several times over the years.  Considering the number of parcels they ship, I think their low error rate is remarkable.  I've never gotten the wrong size or color (knocking on wood).

Large warehouses don't check every order going out.  They check a small percentage (around 5%) which will increase or decrease based on the most recent inventory results.
