Incorrect Item Processed for Return

Hi @Customer_Care - I recently returned a towel set because it was defective.  I washed per instructions prior to use and the towels had huge faded patches all over them  I called and told CS I was returning.  I notice today the return is processed.  However, there were 2 towel sets in the order from 2 different brands at 2 different prices.  The returns people issued the refund for the green WeaveRight set and I returned the taupe Aerosoft set.  I am looking at the green set (which washed up beautifully by the way) as I type so clearly I did not return them. 

 

I had a heck of a time with this return as the paperwork included with it was a plain piece of paper with the return label and no order information/return info on the back. Then my printer jammed multiple times trying to print out a return form and then I ran out of ink.  So, it figures the ultimate return is a mess too. 

 

Can someone please correct this return so I am credited the correct amount (the taupe ones were about $12 more than the green ones) and also make sure I was not charged return shipping for the defective towels?  Thank you!

I am very sorry for the error in the return processing. I cancelled the refund on the incorrect towel set and processed a full refund for the defective set.
