Inability To Post Reviews

Happy Holidays Everyone. I am hoping this is the appropriate forum for this issue. I've been getting emails from the Q asking for a review of products I've purchased. I go through the process of checking the stars and typing in my reviews but I cannot submit. After the review is typed and the "headline" is put in, I can't go any further. There are all those lines for videos and you tube stuff but I cannot tab through those items and just submit. What am I doing wrong? or is there a glitch in the system. At this point, I will be just deleting the emails unless you guys have the answer. Thanks.

I have been having trouble posting them on HSN, I buy a product and when I try to review it, a banner pops up that says I didnt buy the item.

@karen burt. I've had success posting reviews by going through "order status". First find your item there, click on "view order". You'll get this format. Click "write a review".

You'll get the review format and can now write your review.

I don't always see the option to post a review. Sometimes I wonder if they turn that off.

I have been having the same problem... Cannot post any reviews. Called CS and they sent a message to "whoever"... and after one month...still have the same issue.

That is not the only thing, I cannot even find past purchases going back a few months. I do not think their system operates as it once did years ago... Very frustrating.
