I don't understand why my order status states package has been in transit to UPS for 6 days now.
The order# is

Its because QVC has the WORST shipping and returns of any company I've ever ordered from.

Please allow until 5/5 for further scans. If no movement by that time, we will be happy to send a no cost replacement. Please send an email to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com at that time to obtain the replacement.

Maybe it's because UPS is having issues. Once it's in their hands, it's up to them, not QVC.
Every carrier and retailer is having delivery issues, not just UPS or QVC.
