I have 3 orders still "in process" not showing as being shipped. I have two orders coming from UPS & I don't know what they are. It's been like that for two days. They says it's coming from QVC so I'll see what actually shows up! I have never had this happen before.

I've seen this a lot now. Seems like they switch the order to that immediately and then let it sit till they get to it. Deliveries are slow, and recently I have received damaged products.
These are things that the packing dept. had to know was damaged because they had taped the broken glass. So much for quality folks.

I don't like the idea that I can't track what's on it's way. I live on a busy street & would reschedule if it's an expensive item & I'm not going to be home to receive it. I have always had a tracking #. But these 2 package must be from an order showing in process but have already shipped. Just when I thought their system couldn't get anymore screwed up! I won't be placing anymore orders in the near future.
