I placed two orders on 9/6 and one on 9/7. One of the items on 9/6 has shipped, but when I click on the tracking info, I get an error message. The other is still processing, as is the order for 9/7.  Both were supposed to be delivered by now.

 

This is seriously TERRIBLE customer service, QVC. When are you going to get it together?

To me, the issue is not CS.  Mostly, it is a shipping issue.  I received an item at the end of last week that missed the delivery date by many days.  Last evening, something I should have had on 9/10, finally shipped.  I think all of this is related to the times in which we live.  The situation makes me rejoice when items arrive on time or early. I hope your items arrive soon.

Thank you. What makes you think it's a shipping issue when the items are still processing and haven't even been shipped? Just curious. I think the lack of tracking must be a shipping issue.  Even so, I know that customer care can usually research all of my concerns, and posting here seems to always get quick results.

I've gotten the error msg on a few of my orders as well. Is it the red banner stating to call customer service for more info? I've not called at all just figuring it's a glitch & each one of them have been delivered. So in my experience although it's frustrating (bc it is) I've come too learn that their system is hit or miss. Mostly hits, but numerous misses.

@Suziqzee I think the shipping issue @KailaS is referring to is the shipping from China, not the shipping to you. Your order is in the middle of the pacific ocean somewhere, so they think they can keep it listed as "processing"...and get away with it, blaming others. I mean, have they ever admitted they screwed up? Of course not!

 

I still have an order "processing" since 09/03 (3 different items). I have already contacted CS about this. They are asking me to give it until the 23rd and contact them back if still not received. I'm so annoyed with the Q right now.

We should all refuse to shop here until they fix the situation.  I'm certainly not at all motivated to make any purchases when who knows if I'll get them?
