I bought an as is handbag 8 days ago.  The order is still in process.  I really need this bag for everyday use.  Even if it ships today, it will be another week before I receive it.  I order from other sites all the time, and the orders are processed and delivered in a couple of days.  This is so silly.  I ordered another item about the same time from QVC, and it arrived yesterday.  It is just hit and miss with QVC.

If I really "needed" an item in a timely fashion I would not order from QVC.

True.  But it was such a great price.  I just checked, and it is still in process this Morning.  It is still saying that it will arrive in three days.  That is kind of hard to imagine since once it ships, it travels at a snails pace.  For the price of shipping on these bags, it should be much quicker.

You are not alone.  I ordered and AS IS handbag and it was "In Process" for 2 weeks & I called CS and emailed corporate and then it became "Back Order".  Can anyone tell me how an AS IS item become back ordered since it is a return, sample, etc.????  Also, just went in and checked and the item is showing as available so I ordered and once again it is "IN PROCESS".  No one seems to care so this will be my last order.  Other vendors seem to be able to ship without all the hassle I had lately with QVC.  Anyone else having any weird issues???  Dumb question, right!
