In Process for 15 days and counting

I have a order for A375095 Denim and C Regular 5 pocket slim Jeans that have been in process since the 9th of November.  Are these ever going to Ship?  I have tried to cancel only to say in process and can't.  This is Unexceptical to not receive any response or ship the Product.  I am more and more not going to trust the Shipping of QVC and just order from another Co.  I have been shopping for more then 30 years such a Disappointment.

@Arizona sunset.  That's very unusual unless they're on backorder or waitlist.  Why don't you ask the mods to check on it?  Email them at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com and include the order #.

i have had the same problem with other items lately..qvc is going downhill
