I will turn in my Q card and quit shopping! About a month or so ago I ordered 2 CP sterling chain extenders and only got one but invoice was for 2!
A few days ago I got 2 pair of C. Wonder jeans but I ordered 3 and was charged for 3! Called CS and the lady acted like I was telling her a whopper! She checked and said they were no longer available so she couldn't send me the other pair and that's probably why I only got 2! Ok then, only charge me for 2! I feel like making a video while opening the things I have coming incase this is an ongoing issue.

I am so sorry that you did not receive all 3 pairs of the jeans. I do see that Customer Service has already refunded you. Please know that we are always here for you if you need assistance.

I had an issue like this in January!
I ordered 4 total items: 2 each of two CP magnetic inserts. They only sent me 1 of each.
My beans were steamin'! When I called to report the problem, the fantastic rep made it right immediately. UPS delivered the two missing items two days later.
You wonder what's going on in the warehouses... geez. I'm glad there are classy CS reps out there fixing all the problems. It's too bad we customers (and the reps) have to endure the aggravation.

@LemmaSorry it happened to you! You are funny & I appreciate you writing and letting me know I'm not the only one this is happening to.
@Barbara-QVCThank you for the kind reply! Yes CS did take care of the problem but she sounded doubtful and I would never ask for something I wasn't entitled to. That was my point. We are not always getting what we pay for.

@Jackhound Mom I would be ticked off as well.... that is just SLOPPY and NEGLIGENT. QVC needs to get their ducks in a row someday and fix all the broken parts of their business. Including their duck taped together website.
