IT must be at it again.

Because the Return Form page does not work.  I can fill out the entire form, but can not go forward from the first page -  the 'Continue' button does not seem to work.  Please get this fixed.  I have no return label because the newer shipping label was used (3 different labels stacked on top of each other).  I only have the one that says "Label 1 or 3", nothing else.

@KatieB   Request what you need from the mods at QVCSocialteam@QVC.com and include the item and order numbers.
