I wanted to say thank you QVC and Customer Service

I had a small package coming my sure post ,well I never received it .I have a community mail station and usually they put package in the big box with the key to box in your mail box . Well when I went to check my order it said was left at front door .Now I am just saying that all sure post that are a reasonable size are left in the box .Only the big ones come to the door . Well Just on the off chance I called customer care and told them I never got that package .Well CS was nice as could be and offered to send me another of the same product but a different color as the original one at that color had sold out . I got it yesterday in the box at the mail station .Also unexpected it was at no charge . I am so impressed with this I just wanted to Say thank you to QVC and Customer service '

You're lucky.  I'd had some good and some not so good; lately it's been not good.  They are on my naughty list right now Woman Frustrated
