The exchange policy at Q is frustrating!. It still takes a couple of weeks before I see a return credited & a replacement shipped out-
if they even have a replacement, which is doubtful.
I just decided that a top I got from HSN would look better in another color. I called them & in about 3 minutes, the exchange
was effected, & will go right out. No charge for two weeks, while
you are sending one of them back.
i suppose this policy could be a conscious decision to discourage
returns & exchanges??

Q has the worst shipping and returns of an company I shop with. I just had 2 orders with Macy's and llbean. Both arrived in 3 days. Both were returned for another size.
Both returns processed in 3-4 days.

@Magny. Unfortunately nobody in authority at QVC seems to read this board. Your complaint is valid but 8f you want some to pay attention, either write or call corporate headquarters here:

Some places are worse. I am still waiting for an item I ordered from Free People and returned (which they received 11 days ago) and still waiting for my exchange.

Why didn't you call QVC CS or email the mods requesting your exchange?
I have done it several times. Prompt and easy.
I have never just sent something back writing exchange on the form and waiting forever.

@Magny you don't have to wait for QVC to receive your return before you get a replacement. Call CS and tell them you are requesting an exchange and they will send you out the item now and give you a certain amount of time (I believe 20 days) to send the original item back or you will be charged. This is how I've always done my exchanges. I just recently did this with the PLW big deal color block sweater. I wanted a different color, CS sent it to me and in the meantime I returned the original at no extra cost.

I have exchanged easily and successfully several times. I write to qvceasyreturns.com with all the info and they put it through right away. I have received the exchange in a week, then I send the one I am returning back. No extra charge ever. Or, call customer service and it goes through too. Never just send it back and ask for a return; takes too long. Try either way next time and you will see its fast and easy.
