I've never exchanged any thing with QVC - but have with other online websites.  If you don't like size - color you received - and see the correct size-color is in stock........why not jump on the computer and place your replacement order.........and then pack up the one you dislike & ship out.  Waiting for your first transaction to clear...........you've lost a week or 2 or 3 in time and may have lost your replacement.

@SharkE Read the entire first post. She stated the color.

 

I don't know why the Social Team member had to ask since the OP stated clearly what color she wanted.

@fthunt. If she did it your way QVC would charge another shipping fee to send the second one out and it would not be a free exchange.
