I need help with a return

I returned order 6811171153 3 weeks ago. I don't see that it has been received. I am unable to get anyone to help me. I ordered this during the 90 day return period. Can someone please help me????. This is exactly why I am not shopping with you any longer. No customer service and extreme shipping periods. Please help me get my credit. Thank you
