I'm thinking the OP might have thought it would be "understood" based on a number of complaints on this side.  I guess not, since so many people are inquiring of her to provide more info.

 

What can posters do for her? Sounds obvious she's a long time customer and has become disillusioned with the Q.  Sounds like she may have just wanted to get that off her chest.
