I ordered 3 items on the 9th and th 10th (July) and all 3 items are being delivered UPS tomorrow.  Shipping has certainly improved.  I guess it had too; couldn't have gotten much worse than it was.

Isn't UPS threatening a strike?  Maybe things are getting pushed through before that happens.

@Puppy Lips I have 2 nephews that work at UPS as drivers.  They each make more than 100k a year.  Strike?  Why?

@Magicrat

Glad that worked out well for you.  But the item I ordered on the 9th didn't ship until the 13th, and the expected delivery date is the 20th.  And that's assuming it makes it here by the 20th.  So no improved shipping for me!

I ordered something on the 4th of July and it was delivered on the 7th. Of course it came from California and I'm in Arizona so it didn't have to far to travel.

I ordered a beauty product on the 9th and it shipped today (14th).  The estimated delivery is 20th. So, it is approximately 11 days to receive my item. Not very efficient.

For one, the warehouse workers are kept as part time employees for years.

Each worker has to do a job requiring at least two people.

The truck drivers here in Arizona have to sit in trucks without air conditioning. With the temperatures in the truck reaching 130°.

The drivers are being given more packages to deliver in the same amount of time.

@deeva I agree that they are woked very hard.  Our office UPS driver says he sometimes does not get home until 9:00 PM.

Update:  2 items still not received.  Not the fault of QVC. UPS strikes again!

@Magicrat, UPS is not on strike.  Their current contract expires July 31.  Google is your friend if you're interested in why the drivers are asking for changes in their working conditions.
