I'm confused. I have used the QVC Easy Returns email address to obtain a FASTER refund. You send either a copy of the return slip, or fill out the reasons why you don't want the item, etc. At that point they would refund your money. What happened to that? I'm very confused. I was told by a representative that this does not exist anymore. Yet last week I received an email saying if I wanted a faster return, use the QVC easy returns. I did that, and got no response. My refund was not posted. What's going on? Why have Easy Returns if you don't refund right away??

I don't know the answer only that this week I received at least 7 items from qvc and every one of them had the return label with them.

They continue to print one return for 3 or more items.

I'm really sick of their money saving things.

That's money saving to them ...we still get screwed.  You see I'm the one who has to xerox the return label because I might want to send one or two items listed at a later time.

@Effie54

It's been posted here recently that QVC did away with the 'Easy Returns', only QVC knows why.

The email you received advertising that service was just a programmed email that went out in error.

@Effie54   I used Easy Returns last week & it worked fine.  I did not receive any information regarding them discontinuing this service.  I hope they continue it, it's as good as Amazon for refunds (for me).

I've heard it was discontinued, and my returns were not processed. It takes over a month to get a refund. I'm going to rethink every future purchase and probably not make many! Amazon processes returns in a day, Covid or no Covid, a month is too long to wait for a refund...period.

@Effie54  I make my returns using either the packing slip or I print one out.  When I drop them off at the post office, I get a return receipt and track it through the smart label newgistics site.

Once it's been received by QVC for 7 days, I call and they always give me the credit or refund.  Weeks later, I get an email stating that they have received the item back and with $0 credit (since the credit was already given).

I would never wait a month - call after 7 days after the item has been delivered back to QVC, and you won't have a problem.

Sometimes it takes a few weeks for the item to be delivered as it moves through the post office,but its easy to track if you have a receipt number from the post office.

I was just told by a Mod last week to use the email for Easy returns.

I just sent an email to that dept this morning wanting to exchange sizes as the item just became available again.

I'm not going to wait too long if I don't get an answer or it will sell out again!

Well, I can state that Easy Returns is NOT discontinued.

I already received an email answer and it worked perfectly.  My new size has already been ordered.
