I love QVC, I have shopped here over 20 Yrs

I discovered something very disturbing. I have emailed QVC 2 times without any response so far.  I was looking back on my past returned items and I saw a pair of Spenco shoes I returned back in dec .  These shoes were $111.00 and my refund was $5.97 !!!   Yes, they were returned on time.  I am sick because as I  looked further, this has happened to me at least 4 times since dec 2021  !! I am hoping these are random mistakes that will be remedied.  I am in process of going through every purchase I have returned.  I buy ALOT from QVC every week.  Im telling you all this to say check your accounts.  Dont be as trusting as I have been. I have a total of 23 items that are questionable.  Like I said I am sick over this.  I am 70 yrs old I shouldnt have to be going through this  neither should any of QVCs customers.  Im certain this will be deleted.  I am not letting this go and neither should you. signed,  Loyal QVC customer for 20 + years

@OkDJ    Contact the Social Team at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com including your order number.  They'll figure it out.

 

They do not delete problems like this.  If you don't hear from them in one day, resend your message.  They're a little behind today.

You really should be checking your account each time you return something.  Why would you not be monitoring each return?  You state your age like that has a bearing on it --  a customer is a customer and age plays no part.

Thank you thats exactly who I contacted but they havent returned  a response to my email.

I contacted them at this same email. I gave them all of the information.  Ive heard not a word from them.

I'm sure you'll get a response, but just fyi if it pertains to your issue--I usually buy things with the default ez pay.  I have returned items in the past that even around $100, resulted in a very small refund.  The number of ez pays, the sales tax, shipping to me and return shipping all take a piece of the refund.  This happens especially if you return after 1 ez pay.

@OkDJ - Recently I remember another poster saying she hadn't received a reply from the Social Team.  They told her that they had never received her emails, so clearly something was going wrong in cyberspace.

 

@Susan-QVC @Beth-QVC or any moderator.  Any idea on how to help this poster?

Personally, I'd be on the phone. Forget waiting for an email. Also is there any chance that you bought them on 5 easy pays? Because that amount sounds about right if you did. They were doing a lot of 5 EP's in the lead up to Christmas.
