I have a Q card, shouldn;t I be recieving TSV previews via email?

I get TSV previews because of what I specifed under Communication Preferences under My Account.  With a Q Card, you do get 3 easy pays all the time (except for gift cards) should you desire.

I received TSV emails and then they stopped all of a sudden.  I reset my preferences to reset notifications but still don't receive them.  CS said it was a tech issue that they are unable to help me with.
