On June 20th, I ordered a set of the Big Deal sheets. They have not shipped and are still in the "preparing your order" stage. I cannot cancel the order. Have checked my credit card and it doesn't look like I have been charged for them. I give up on these shipping issues and don't believe I will ever receive this order. Had some clothing on advanced order to be released yesterday, July 7, and they are now in "preparing your order" stage, I'm wondering if I'll ever see them. Have stopped ordering from the Q and HSN and won't order until I can tell these shipping issues are resolved.
THIS IS NOT SOLVED as the tag would suggest. Don't know how that got there.

I had something from Ontario come in 3 days. Ordered on Monday and it on Thursday.

This has been happening to many of use from the Onterio, Ca warehouse.
I ordered two items 6/7 and 6/10. Yesterday, I received both items.
One was defective. Today, both are being returned.
I ordered a Soniclean 4800 Electric toothbrush with 12 replacement brush heads, but the brushheads don't fit the holder.
Like you, I stopped ordering. I found the same item on Amazon today at a much cheaper price. I have been with the Q for years and feel it has really gone down hill as far as customer service. Calling CS is a long wait or they always say, "I'm sorry" and can't help. You will get your item eventually, I hope.

I ordered several items from Blair on June 13. Still have not shipped. I emailed them and of course the excuse was because of their great sales and high demand they are backlogged. However, I was able to cancel the orders which I don't know why can't be done with QVC and HSN. Until the order is shipped, it should be able to be cancelled.

@JudyL. Contact the mods to check on your order. I had one over 2 weeks and still no shipping. I contacted them, got a canned response but my order shipped the next day.
Now I've got a pair of Isaac pants that's been processing 8 days. I'd like to know what's going on.

@Kachina624 - I've contact the Mods twice about this order and gotten the same response. Basically, nothing they can do and I'll get an email when it ships.

Just a few minutes ago, I received a text saying that my sheets have shipped. Hmmmm, coincidence since I posted my original email earlier or just good timing?

@JudyL As you know, I purchased a lot of Perlier from HSN last month, and I just talked with Customer Service about why I haven't received them. The guy I talked with said he doesn't know WHY things aren't shipping out like they should, but he took each and every one that I was asking about, and is replacing and resending them.
The only order that he couldn't replace are the Perlier moisture wipes, as they are out of stock. He is putting in a claim with the carrier to see if they can give further information. He is also refunding my money for that. If UPS does finally delivery them, HSN will be notified by response to the claim, and HSN will turn around and charge me at the sales price and free shipping. Hope they are found and sent, as the price for those wipes was really great!
One of the tracking notices I got from UPS for products from HSN says: "The package has been damaged. All merchandise has been discarded, and the sender will be notified." Interesting. Never seen that wording before. Usually I get a damaged package, and I have to send it back!

I hope you get your items from HSN soon. The shipping issues with the Q have been going on - at least for me - since April. I've seen some posters say for them it started in March.
