It's now Sunday morning. I still got it when signing in.

It never occurred to me to see if I have the same problem on my Ipad. DUH

Will try that in awhile and cross my fingers.

Ipad okay. Just signed in here on desktop AGAIN, cause God forbid I should stay signed in for more than a minute, same problem still.

This is not a cookies issue

This is happening to too many people and it has been going on too long to be 'us'. 

Does QVC realize that every time we get bogged down in this, we simply move on. 

That is costing them money in lost sales.

Some days it just isn't worth the effort to even try to stay on here.

To date, I have never cleared my cookies or changed browsers. Yesterday (9/23) I got the message but today I was able to sign in normally.

I don’t understand why IT keeps insisting cookies are the problem.

It is NOT a "clear your cookies" problem. That's a simple excuse used by simple minds in IT when either they can't figure out the REAL problem and/or they don't want to be bothered with fixing the problem.

At this point, no matter WHAT computer I use to access QVC.com,. I have this problem. That INCLUDES my phone. 

It is obvious that the IT division of QVC is inept in every possible way.

I felt like I was so lucky to never have gotten this message.  Just now when I tried to log in I got the message for the first time.  I guess I can expect it to keep happening.
