I have been a loyal customer for QVC since 1993. I used to receive email notification when I ordered something, returned an item, an item was shipped, advance TSV notification with styling suggestions, and The Insider. I don't know why, but I no longer receive ANY emails from QVC. I have mentioned 3 times in the forums that I am not receiving the online version of The Insider. However, nothing is ever done to rectify the situation. I really don't understand why this has happened. I don't know if I have been removed from email notification, if there is an IT problem, or if there is a problem with my personal computer. Please, will someone look into this. I find it hard to believe that I am the only person this has happened to. It is very frustrating. I have to spend my time looking things up online to see if waitlist items have been shipped and if returns have been received. Now, I must wait for my hard copy of The Insider to arrive in the mail. It is very frustrating. All fo these problems have occurred slowly over time. I would like to have the situation fixed. Thank you.

First thing to check is your email settings in your account.

Sometimes the settings will default. You may have had it checked so you receive all notifications and it glitches to no notifications. Go over your account and check it again and make sure you go to the bottom of each page to submit it.

I have checked your account and it appears you did not check any of the boxes in your account preferences to receive emails from us. I have now checked them so you should start to see emails coming through.
As an FYI to everyone - October/November is usually a regulation mandated update to receiving emails so we send out a request to all enrolled if they wish to continue receiving emails (referred to as Opt In or Opt Out) if we do not receive a response the default will be opt out. Always a good idea to check under my account - email preferences.

You are not alone. I sign up for emails all the time and NEVER receive them. I do receive an email after I order something as confirmation and when the items ship but nothing else. What's up??????? ![]()

Thank you, Beth. I have signed up for a number of things when there was a pop-up on the home page. I have never received those either. I will continue to monitor things. I did not realize that you had to update what you want to receive annually. I have never done that which probably explains why I have been dropped from receiving emails.

Please let me know if you do not start receiving your emails within 3 to 5 days.

@TuppermoreAll the answers to your post taught me, too, and I have the opposite problem of too many emails. Now I know how to get rid of some of them.

I have been a member since 1987 i used to get e mails all the time for the tsv . About a yea r ago i stopped getting my e-mails I called customer service and was told I was on the list they had the corect e-mail address. Still don't gete-mails I gave up tryng to have them fix the problem. I think their IT department doesn't know what they are doing More problems with QVC website then I care to try to have them fix. Calls fall on deaf ears
