SOCIAL TEAM@QVC.COM.   I returned Ordered # 6515412214 because it had been used and defective.  Returned on 5/5/2020.  iT IS NOE 5/19/2020 AND NO REFUND.  NO RESPONSE FROM EMAIL, CAN'T GET CS ON THE PHONE, PLEASE HELP

E- mails don't seem to work these days any better than trying to get someone on the phone. I have sent numerous e-mails to customer service and have had zero replies.

Yes I used the return label. I wasn't aggravated as someone put it. I can't get thru on the phone & emails aren't working as others have stated. I am sure it will be noted as a moderator removed my order#. Just wanted to make sure!! Sometimes I believe the people taking care of returns don't read what you indicate on the return label. I'm sure the workforce is reduced due to COVID! We are all trying to stay safe.
