Using 2 smartphones, Im not experiencing any problem at all playing videos, seeing color choices, bringing up product info or reviews thru either QVC.com or the QVC phone app.
BUT when I log into QVC.com on my local library's computer their settings and anti-virus ware makes it difficult for me. It frequently warns or questions whether I want to view something I've clicked on. Holding my phone side by side with the PC screen, both on QVC.com, videos that play fine on my smartfone don't play smoothly on the PC.
