I am upset with the TSV being cheaper and I have not even gotten it.

I ordered the Doll 10 TSV a few days ago and it had shipping. Now it is on sale with free shipping so it is cheaper now than it was a few days ago as a TSV. I know the TSV was only .50 more than it is now and I have not even received it but it just infuriates me that it was supposed to be a good price and now it is cheaper less than a week later. I have realized the TSV is a joke.

Alot of TSVs are cheaper a few days later if there is a free shipping event. Really is annoying when Lock and Lock is a TSV and then the free shipping event a few days later. Most TSVs seem to only be a few dollars cheaper. May not be for electronics, but other home decor or beauty. I've also seen it with California innovations. All the TSVs should be free shipping.

I believe all you have to do is call CS and they will price adjust for you, if its within a certain time period.

This happens every day in every kind of retail store. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. If you're really this upset, call CS.

i don't think its just about $.50. i think the OP is saying that if u are going to offer a TSV, then make it a true, worthwhile TSV even if 3 days later u offer free S&H on the item. the original TSV should still be a lesser price even with free S&H. i think that's why she ended with "TSV is a joke".

totally agree. that TSV should always be less, $5 or more, than any other offer in the next 3 months. maybe if they did that, more customers would buy it, knowing that it truly will not be cheaper no matter what Q offers. you have to give customers incentive to buy!!

This happened to me too with another beauty item. I decided to call customer service and see if they could make an adjustment on the shipping charge. Customer service said, only beauty items purchased today qualify for free shipping. @chiclet It happens to many of us, and it can be really frustrating.

I called CS and they said basically sorry but nothing they can do. I did not write this about the 50 cent. The TSV is supposed to be a real deal and you should not find it cheaper before you even get the item home. Lesson learned for 50 cent. I guess a pretty cheap lesson about Qvc.

Seriously, having free shipping making it cheaper is not a reason to get upset. Calm down. They did not offer the product cheaper, so I don't think your point is even valid.
