The several times i've called they tell me its fine on their end. BULL. I'm really sick of it. I hardly shop here but I do like to see whats on. This is ridulous. Don't they have a "tech" forum?

While I have not had problems recently, I'm going to add my two cents.
It makes absolutely NO sense that Q has broadened themselves with QVC2 and a separate channel for Beauty if they aren't going to spend dollars totally revamping or replacing their web operations so it works for customers. In today's business model a properly working, reliable website is gold. This is something wise companies don't put "patches" on, they invest in.
