I selected "Items Recently on Air" and the screen is flashing, the words are words are flashing. How can you purchase products with this website always doing bizarre things or going down? Someone fix this. I am completely fed up.

@Katcat1i tried to order the Privo sunglasses and couldn’t get the site to work and they sold out.I went to amazon and they have the same style same price,two day shipping.

Are you using a computer or mobile device?
If computer, Mac or PC?
Which OS are you using - comp?
Which iOS are you using - mobile device?
Which browser & version are you using?
Have you tried switching browsers?
Tried restarting?
Q's IT dept need this info in order to help.

I thought it was just me. They have changed this web sight so much, that I don't come to the Q that much, any more.

Same here......I'm on a Mac Chrome is worse than Firefox but its messed up also

I was able to see “Items Recently on Air” just now, as usual. However, problems on this website rarely affect everyone. It is really strange. And it’s usually not anyone’s browser, or cookies or whatever.

Mine has been doing this for at least a wk. It's bad enough, when the hosts are so annoying you can't watch, then you go to website & it blinks continuously. Hosts tell us to to dot.com to check things, it's not that easy. blink, blink

Nope, not fixed yet. The Q is losing sales, I wonder if it will impact their bottom line enough to get their pitiful IT crew to do something? I'm totally sick of this and so many other problems (I cancelled an order a day ago and it showed cancelled, I got the cancellation e-mail, and now it's been shipped) that I am at my wit's end. I wish I lived in a town with decent shopping, and I'd give up online shopping completely.
