I can't access HSN from chrome either, for the last couple of days. But if I google HSN, and click on the link that comes up, I'm in. I just checked and it still isn't fixed.

When I had the Chrome problem earlier, there was an option to troubleshoot by clicking the Detail button on the page where it says there was a connection problem, or something like that. Then after I did the troubleshooting and sent the report, that's when I could get to HSN using Chrome. hth
