My experience w/QVC, is glitches are the norm----not the exception.

This has been happening to me for over a month now. I am trying to pay some of my easy- pay orders off and every time I click "view Edit easy pay" I get the HMMMMM something went wrong message.

 

I called and no one could give me an explaination - not even an simple apology that it keeps happening. Just a bit of a rude / indifferent  "What do you need to pay off ma'am". 

 

I am well aware of the Holidays adding stress to the system as well as the employees, but it is bit frustrating especially that it has been going on for quite some time now, and no one at QVC seems to want to explain or even know what the issue is. 

 

Hopefully everyone posting to this forum and complaining when they call in will finally get someone there on top of it!
