I Returned 3 Pairs Of Shoes Weeks Ago!

When I track my return, it seems to have never left my hometown! I don’t know if the 2 packages are in transit or just what is going on. From the posts from other irate customers, I’m afraid they will arrive back to QVC (if at all) too late to be in the returns time frame. Please do not punish us because of the pandemic and the fact that this administration is bent on destroying the United States Post Office.

@grammarqueenI had the same thing happen to me and then Saturday I received an email that said they received my return and refunded my account. I would check my tracking number daily and it never showed any movement so hopefully it's the same thing you are experiencing.

@grammarqueen as long as you have prrof you mailed the package within the correct timeframe you should be ok. QVC knows how slow the mail/returns process is.

I canceled an order this morning and emptied my wish list. I  love QVC but can't take a chance ordering from a company that owes me almost $200 from returns sent almost a month ago and never acknowledged.
