@Puppy Lips  The CS indifference  is so disheartening  .All  I got was blame the warehouse and two customers did not receive tbeir orders.   Send it back  is how  it was handled. I finally reordered after waitIng a month.

I won't buy another thing for the rest of the year, especially anything I want for the holidays.  I have 2 items in process and hopefully I'll get them.  They have become so ridicules with shipping it's not worth the stress especially if it's a gift.  Amazon for me.
