I have been trying to change my credit card for upcoming EZ pays and it will not go through.

I think we have gone thru this and had to call customer service to have them complete it. Makes absolutely no sense to me, especially since our card had expired!

I don't know why you can change cards on HSN, but that feature isn't avaiiable on QVC unless you call them ... it shouldn't be that difficult to change.

Don't feel bad...
This morning, I tried to log into my bank....and got a msg that I didn't have an account there.
Yeah, they fixed it....after an hour on the phone with a 3-way connection between the headquarters, the local branch, and their IT department.

@stellabystarlight I want to wish you the best of luck with trying to change your credit card or updating the date of expiration. I have been working with Finance since 1/8 regarding updating and still no resolution. I keep telling them what my bank has stated but it seems to go in one ear and out the next. I have even let them talk with my bank and still no resolution. I have talked with 14 people. I am working with one now who makes you want to pull out your hair. I am at my wits end with this company. I just see no end in sight.
By the way, calling customers service will only lead to unanswered questions. I would try talking with a supervisor. Good luck.

Another reason I like to have backup paper statements.
