How to email QVC Social Team?

I have been trying to email the QVC social team as Susan from QVC suggested about a Corky's order that came thawed. (M78822)

However, when I try to send to the website Susan suggested which is QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com I get a warning about the address is not 'authenticated' and it may be trying to trick me.

Any thoughts.

The email address that you included in your post is correct.

I've used that same one many, many times and never got a warning of any kind.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

@wonderfulworld - I've never run into that problem and have emailed the Social Team many times.

Are you trying to click on a link or typing in the address yourself?

Make sure you're typing it exactly as shown: QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com

No spaces or periods added in other than the DOTcom.

@wonderfulworld I see that Paulette from QVC's social team responded to you. I just wanted to comment that you mention you're sending it to a website. QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com is an email address, not a website. You send it like you send an email to a friend or anyone else. It's a valid email address.

I was able to send an email to the social team and found out Paulette had already taken care of it.
