How much longer until the email problem is fixed?

My emails from QVC stopped over a month ago. I didn't change my email address, and I didn't unsubscribe. I chatted over three weeks ago, and was told they hope to have it corrected soon. How much longer until soon?

@Caffeina.  I wasn't aware anything was broken.  I've got QVC emails in my in box every time I look....lots of them.

You can have some of mine.  I seem to get at least 10 QVC emails a day.

I'm getting emails too.  Maybe there's something going on with your device?

I seem to delete QVC several times daily whether I'm on my phone or this computer.  Hoping the fix doesn't mean more of them.

@Caffeina   Mine too actually. I thought it was just me so I re-entered my password in my account to ensure the emails fro here first thing every day when I open my emails.

 

That did not work. I still am not getting them.
