I and many others are still waiting for our order that was placed on 4/29. Please notify your customers when we can expect delivery.

Yes, it has been very frustrating lately with certain Q orders. I called CS twice this week for the same reason; something I have NEVER had to do in the 38 years I've been a Q customer.
On 5/8 (Thursday) Q FINALLY shipped a 4/25 order, and TWO 4/26 oders I placed. Nothing special, just a few clothing items.
Some orders process in 2 or 3 days, but MANY lately are taking 7 days or MORE just to process.
By the time an item arrives, it is almost THREE weeks from the time an order is placed.
Who wants to wait 3 weeks to get an item?
I am never in a hurry to get items, but still, 3 weeks just seems ridiculous.

I am having the same issue. They tell me they have no idea when or if we will get our items. I am done ordering until this is fixed.

So far beyond being frustrated. I have multiple orders placed on the 9th that still haven't shipped. Newer orders now a week old, and they haven't shipped. I called CS, and they of course, are mentioning the Ontario warehouse--but no solutions, no expectations for delivery. How can this be happening, and how can Q and their CS act like it's no big deal? I randomly get emails detailing how much they value me as a customer, yet zero communication/apologies for this fiasco.
All the financial struggles that Q has right now, and I feel they are literally chasing their customers away. FIASCO--I am cancelling any immediate auto-deliveries as well. Ultimately, I feel allowing this situation to continue is so disrespectful to customers.

I am having many issues since March. The Ontario situation was one thing, now no one seems to know anything. Orders just sit there with no explanation, no way to cancel, no updates, etc. Many are having the same issues. Many are getting different stories from CS. I had so many order problems in March and now orders from the beginning of May. Called CS and they are sending replacements and then the next day things are shipped. So we have duplicates???? They say just send back??? I am sorry but this is just not acceptable to those of us who have been customers for many years. Not to mention, you have to sit on hold a long time for anyone to get back to you. CS really have no answers which is even more frustrating.

It's not acceptable to ANY customer, not just those who have been customers for many years.

Just an update: I reached out to the social media team, as I see many people suggest this for some resolutions. I did receive a quick response but unfortunately, no resolution--just reiterating what all of us who have called CS already know.
I am apparently getting a delivery of a couple of orders today that were placed last week (before I became aware of the scale of this). Obviously, I'm glad these are arriving, though I find it odd that they would send new orders first rather than older ones that have already been in limbo for an extended period of time.
I will also note that the shipping/tracking status was very inaccurate up until this morning when it said the shipment was on the truck for delivery today.

I orderd 4 items on the last Free Shipping Day. One item came within 3 days - which was shocking. But the other 3 are still in process and like most of you I got the message that they are having problems with the Ontario, CA shipping system.
What is frustrating is that thisissue has been happening since back in March - it is now June.
I do not need them right away but an update would be nice or people should be warned that shipping is an issue and it might take a month to ship.
How can a company that relies on shipping products have a shipping problem since March. It does not make much sense to me.

I am sorry for all who are waiting for order processing and delivery without any updates; that is very frustrating. I hope you get your items very soon!
But just to add another experience to the list, I ordered six items during the free ship event and received all but one within a week; that final one is supposed to arrive tomorrow (it had a mechanical delay or something similar), which would still keep delivery within 10 days. This time around, my orders were all kitchen, food, and home items, so I think that makes a difference—it seems the fashion and beauty items experience frequent delays.
ETA: The final item arrived as anticipated, so overall, my orders have had no real delays and definiltely no problems. I took a chance and ordered a clothing item yesterday, though, so I guess we'll see what happens with that...
