I orderded a lug roundabout bag last month but the zipper didn't work and returned for refund using the provided label. It has been three weeks. Tracking says "Enroute Processed Greenwood , IN" for more than a week. Is it just sitting there? Who do I contact to get this processed? This is only my second order from QVC and not sure I would order from QVC again when amazon prime refunds the same day I ship something back. Thanks for your help!

QVC's return policy is not that good, i have been trying to return an item they sent twice and having a hard time getting them to give me a return lable.

I have spoken on chat and they have not been helpful

@Hialeahguy I'm sorry for the frustration. Your item can not be shipped back using a prepaid label. We can have UPS pick up the item if you'd like. Just respond back and we can start the process.  Cindy

I sent a return back. Got an email saying my return was on its way. Then nothing. Its been almost a month now. I have been with QVC for many many yesrs. There service has gone down drastically.
