I dropped a return at the post office on Tuesday. I thought that the return tracking number would be on my portion of the label. Stupid me! That would have been to easy. Now I can't track the return and it was an expensive item. Do you think QVC would know what the return tracking number on my label was?

Call the PO.

Hi @PatriciaG
You should be able to track your return by logging into your account on qvc.com. Click on order status that then there should be a link for "Track Your Return".
If you are unable to do this, we would be more than happy to assist you. Simply send your order information to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com if need be!

This is what it says:
Tracking Number Label Source Date Printed Status

725009050302440002800105526796 | 10/15/2017 | Status Unavailable | ||

I first printed but ended up using the label that was on my package.

I always get a receipt from my postal worker and it has a tracking number on that. I find it is usually cheaper to pay the postage myself.

I think you need to get a receipt from the post office in order to get a return tracking number. I have done that a number of times and it works. It is worth standing in line in order to get the receipt so you can track your return. I also get an email from QVC when they are advised of the return and again when it has been processed. Customer Service will help you if necessary. Just give them a call. I pay for return postage on some items that are very light and not costly. For the most part, I use the Q return label just to ensure that my return is processed. Good luck!

@Barbara-QVC I sent back returns using Q labels on 19th Oct. when I try to track them logging into my a/c - all I get is status unknown.
This has happened over the last 3 months and I then have to resort to sending e mails back and forth. I do get p.o. receipts but I do not understand why returns are taking 3 weeks and more to get credit and then only when I send multiple e mails to find out what is happening do I actually get credit on my a/c.
I wonder how long it would take Q to process my returns if I did not e mail after 16 - 20 days waiting? and of course no info available on a/c.
To date I still have no info on my Oct 19th returns. Not a good way to treat customers.

Hi @dulwich
I am sorry that you are experiencing longer than usual timeframes for your returns to be processed. I would be happy to look into any returns for you.
I understand that you are frustrated with having to email, but if you could send the order information as well as the return processing request (refund or exchange) to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com I will be sure to look into them for you.
Thank you for your patience!

I can finally see tracking but it looks like it took 7 days to go 22 miles. So now that it really has to go some distance I wonder how long that will take?

At my post office there is a bin where items are dropped. I tried standing in line to get a receipt but was told by an employee that if I want a receipt than I must fill out a form and pay $1.35. I guess the $1.35 would have brought peace of mind. Luckily the return item is now tracking on QVC.
