I was wondering that too.  I know they are running on low employee capacity rate for customer service but I have a message on one of my orders that says to contact CS.  I've tried the live chat which doesn't seem to be up and running.  I was on hold on my lunch hour today for 20 minutes on the phone and hung up and then tried again. I guess I will try emailing since I did have a previous issue with a prior order and had luck in that someone did get back to me.

Wow, they got back to me really fast.  Thanks again Colleena. 

And thanks to the QVC Rep who answered my email so quicklly.  I reordered the top and looks like it went through fine.

If I had a nickel everytime I told somebody how to offline email the mods I could afford a Miami mansion.
