Apparently the Finance Team is what is holding up my account and my ability to place orders. Something should have been cleared months ago, and was not. After several phone calls and emails, there is nothing that Customer Service can do, as it is in the hands of the Finance Team at QVC. However, the Finance Team seems to be asleep despite several emails forwarded to them by Customer Care. Is there a way to contact them?

I would email the Mods at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com and explain your situation.
They certainly can forward your issue to the QVC Finance Dept.

@Remali There seems to be no way to contact anyone in finance. They seem to have an unlisted number. Must be nice.
If this continues, I'd send a letter to the executive offices.
