My wife and I have 2 separate QVC accounts. I want her to have the only QVC account so she can use our only (one) email address.
After talking to customer service, evidently both of us can't use the one email address.
They said I should close my QVC account and then we would just use her account.
This is fine with me.
The problem...no one seems to know how to close my account.
Please let me know how to close my account.

Did you try going to Account Settings and deleting /editing what you want deleted?

I closed one of our QVC accounts earlier this year. You need to call. You can't do it online. You can send them an online request to close an account, but they will still have to call you and confirm with you before it's officially closed. I waited 3 months for a QVC customer representative to call and she closed the extra account.
