If you are really trying to contact the mods....you need to EMAIL THEM

with all the info....they don't automatically just respond...sometimes...but emailing is the best.

I agree with emailing directly.  They also need order numbers to research those specific orders.  You don't want to put them on the forums.

I finally called customer service when I had not received a credit for an item.  It was way over 30 days due.  I got the refund, but they also messed up a gift that my daughter gave me for Christmas as I requested the credit be given to me.  Didn't happen.
