Please help me! I'm not at all tech savy!! I've been replying to other poster's threads for a little while now, but how would I actually begin a thread? I don't know what to click on. I know it can't be difficult, as no one else seems to have a problem, so it's a little embarrassing to ask, but it's the only way I'm going to learn! Thanks!

Well, apparently you’ve figured out how to start a thread. Next, focus on how to put your new topic into the best subject area for its relevance. Maybe Among Friends or Community Chat would have been better than Customer Care. Not a big deal, but the more relevant the topic area, the more likely you get replies that are relevant. And the less likely the Mods move your thread. 

The way to get tech savvy is to try to do things.  Good effort for your first new thread.
