Can't someone at QVC, get someone to simply get 10's of thousands of us an answer,  about refill pads for this TSV?

I only use the green pads and it will be a waste of money if I can't get more.

This is absurd...and now we are approaching a month after the sale.

DO something for the customers!

I'm so glad I was able to get my extras the day of the original airing.  Love my Hover Scrubber!!!!!!!!!!  My wood floors look spectacular!!!!!!!

I ordered refill pads and for some reason the order did not go through. I would love to be able to order refills.

I ordered the scrubber and then went to get the pads right after that...gone.

This is so disgusting and no one at QVC seems to care OR the company that sold these.

Can you get refills on another site like Amazon?

Somehow, I'm thinking you can order them directly from the manufacturer (I don't have my instruction guide nearyby or I'd look it up).

When Q had free shipping I went to order the refill pads and it was out of stock. Thank you for telling me to maybe look elsewhere to find the refill pads. Didn't think this was going to be a problem with the refills.

So I just looked at Amazon.

Tons of pads for the Bissel Spinwave as well as pads for an Elicto machine. The problem is those pads range from 7.8 to 9 inches across, in size...the Hover Scrubber is 6 inches. One poster said that they cut down pads to fit the Hover Scrubber (too much work and we simply should not have to do that.) Docheer replacement pads, 6.5 inches...still too big. We need 6 inches. The really odd thing is, many of these pads look identical to what we need but the sizes are wrong.

I did check over amazon too and didn't find the refills either. Guess I will wait until qvc gets them back in stock.
